This large banner above was produced and is hanging in the new police station at One Peel Plaza. It was to be signed by all those who had a hand in the development of the building to welcome the new tenants. To the right is the business card I designed for them.

First off, I’d like to thank the Stonehammer team for following through with this idea. Thank You! When this project was tossed my way, I asked myself, what can I do different here? I had an idea to make a layered scenery by folding the panels together. I knew this was going to be a costly investment but it was worth a shot. Lucky for us, the client believed in it as much as we did! What a great, challenging and fun project from beginning to end.

Brunswick Square came to us with a vision for an elevator banner. I presented them with a couple options, including this one, which led to them scrapping their original idea!

This was probably one of the funnest (and most extensive) projects I ever did. I have never done anything like this before but that does not stop me. I have a passion for learning new things! From preliminary research, including hardware and software options, right up to project completion, I saw this through to the end.

This was another one of those “hmm, never done one of those before but am sure I can figure it out” projects. The development wasn’t too bad (just had to brush up on my Flash skills a wee bit) but figuring out how to go about having the ads 3rd party hosted and not pay thousands of dollars to do so was the real challenge. Google’s Double Click Studio and Aviso to the rescue! Visit http://bit.ly/bsqexpandables for a functional preview of the ads as served to cbc.ca

Billy's Seafood Website

Billy’s Seafood Website

This is one of the first “real life” websites I did working at iNk. I actually started on it while on my practicum placement. Billy’s objective was to make the general public aware that they are not only a restaurant but also a fish market. We ended up separating the site into the two unique aspects of his business and the market is doing much better. Although you must choose between the market and the restaurant on the homepage, it is important to give the user an easy way to switch between them. It is equally crucial to cross promote the two. Swim on over to their website here
